Orlando Pirates are reportedly set to unveil a new Ghanaian striker this week as part of reinforcing their squad for the new season.

Orlando Pirates are reportedly set to unveil a new Ghanaian striker this week as part of reinforcing their squad for the new season.

According to ModernGhana, Kwame Peprah is already in South Africa to complete his medical and sign on the dotted line with Pirates.

The publication reports that Peprah, 20, left Ghana together with his manager on Friday, and that the announcement is imminent.

Peprah is currently contracted to Ghanaian outfit King Faisal where he finished last season as their top goalscorer.

“King Faisal striker Kwame Peprah has left the shores of the country to South Africa to complete his move to PSL side, Orlando Pirates,” reports the Ghanaian publication.

“The bulky forward left the West African country on Friday evening together with his manager,” added the website.

Peprah scored 12 goals in 32 appearances for King Faisal this past season, and Pirates are reportedly certain that he can do a better job for them in front of goal.
