Orlando Pirates look set to part ways with two more players ahead of next season!

According to reports, the Buccaneers are finalizing early exits for TWO first team players.

Defender Kwanda Mngonyama and midfielder Collins Makgaka are set to face the chop.

The duo both saw limited game-time since joining Orlando Pirates. Mngonyama joined the club last year from Maritzburg United.

The utility defender made just 9 appearances in all competitions this season. Makgaka on the other hand made just 13 appearances scoring twice.

“SABC Sport understands that Orlando Pirates are expected to soon confirm that defender Kwanda Mngonyama is also leaving the club.” an SABC report read.

Further reports also suggest Makgaka will be released ahead of next season!

In the latest incoming transfer news, the Buccaneers confirmed two new signings!

Golden Arrows defender Nkosinathi Sibiya and AmaZulu defender Tapelo Xoki have joined Orlando Pirates.

This comes just days after the club announced the axing of Thulani Hlatshwayo.

“Orlando Pirates Football Club can confirm they have reached an agreement with Golden Arrows for the transfer of Nkosinathi Sibisi,” a club statement read.

“The Buccaneers have agreed a deal with Abafana Bes’thende. The deal will see the 26-year-old defender move to Orlando Stadium when the transfer window re-opens on July 1st.”
