PIRATES APPROACH STELLENBOSCH FOR RIGHT BACK

The Soweto giants have approached Stellenbosch for their right back, Dean Van Rooyen.

“Pirates are desperate to sort out their right back position. The club has approaches Stellenbosch for the services of Deano (Van Rooyen),” KickOff stated.

Meanwhile, Stellies are interested in Bucs player Thabiso Monyane. Thus, opening the door to a potential swop deal with their PSL rivals.

“Stellies have been interested in Montana since last season and there could be a swop deal on the cards,” the insider added.

Currently, Monyane is one of 13 Pirates players linked with exits. Therefore, it makes perfect sense for the two parties to agree to a swop deal to ensure they both get their man.

BUCS RAID PSL RIVALS FOR TALENT

Pirates have taken a keen interest to their DStv Premiership, SuperSport United.

“Keagan Johannes is said to have already put pen to paper,” the report read on SNL.

Additionally, Selaelo Rasebotja has also joined the Bucs from SuperSport.

“Orlando Pirates have swooped in on midfielder Selaelo Rasebotja, who joins the Soweto giants on a free transfer,” SABCSport confirmed

Finally, Pirates are set to trigger the option to turn Thalente Mbatha’s loan move into a permanent deal. Therefore, he will become a fully contracted Pirates player. Thus, completing three signings from Gavin Hunt’s side. Additionally, the Soweto giants have just signed a new goalkeeper. Finally, Bucs management have been impressed with young English striker, Tremaine Eastmond. The former Burnley FC forward could make his unofficial debut when Pirates take on Sevilla during their pre-season tour of Europe.
