New #4 and #5: Pirates reveal jersey numbers

There is brand new talent at Orlando Pirates in defence and midfield. The club has meanwhile revealed the jersey numbers.

Orlando Pirates fans keep checking the calendar ahead of the first 2022/23 PSL season opener against Swallows FC.

NEW ORLANDO PIRATES SIGNINGS

As The South African website previously reported, the Sea Robbers have so far signed seven new players. 

The list is as follows:

  • Nkosinathi Sibiya
  • Tapelo Xoki
  • Miguel Timm
  • Eva Nga
  • Evidence Makgopa.

Additionally, Azola Matrose was signed but remains on loan Chippa United, while Shane Saralina was spotted alongside new signings but is bizarrely missing from the club’s website.

TWO JERSEY NUMBERS REVEALED

Meanwhile, the club’s website has confirmed a few jersey numbers for some of the new footballers. 

Check out the list below:

  • Nkosinathi Sibiya: Number 5
  • Tapelo Xoki: Yet to be revealed
  • Miguel Timm: Number 4
  • Eva Nga: Yet to be revealed 
  • Evidence Makgopa: Yet to be revealed.

The opener against Swallows will kick off on Saturday 6 August at 15:00 at the Orlando Stadium.
