Following a very bright loan spell at Cape Town Spurs, Orlando Pirates striker Boitumelo Radiopane is wanted for another season by the Urban Warriors.

ORLANDO PIRATES: RADIOPANE EXTEND CAPE TOWN SPURS LOAN?

After delivering seven goals in 11 games for Spurs in the Motsepe Foundation Championship, Pirates’ 20-year-old loanee Radiopane has inspired the promotion-chasing Cape club to extend his loan spell for an additional season.

“NFD log leaders Cape Town Spurs want to keep Boitumelo Radiopane for next season,” Unplayable reported.

“He’s currently on loan from Orlando Pirates, but Spurs are keen to do another loan deal,” the report added.

BUCS MIDFIELDER GETS THE BOOT

In other club news,  a midfielder’s Orlando Pirates dream is over.

Following a season on loan at Richards Bay, Pirates are said to have parted ways with midfielder Nkanyiso Zungu.

After making a few inconsistent appearances for the Natal Rich Boyz this season, the 27-year-old Zungu was sent packing out of Richards Bay.

According to the latest reports, the Soweto giants have also taken the decision not to welcome back the former AmaZulu and Stellenbosch star.

“Orlando Pirates will not be keeping Nkanyiso Zungu, after his loan deal was terminated by Richards Bay,” Unplayable reported via Twitter.

“He’s basically a free agent and searching for a team for next season,” a source told the publication.
