Following a tough season at Bucs on the sidelines where he only made 12 appearances, the 24-year-old Sam did not really struggle as much off the field.

The Gqeberha-born star grew up in Motherwell dreaming of German cars, before all of those boys dreams became a reality, thanks to his moves to Highlands Park, Bloemfontein Celtic, and eventually to Orlando Pirates.
