Melusi Buthelezi has been signed by the Bucs. Meaning, Mpontshane and Ofori are almost certain to be leaving Mayfair having been linked with likely exits already.

Furthermore, Ndah has attracted interest abroad. Having fallen out of favour under Riveiro, he is in search of regular gametime elsewhere. Riveiro has opted for Nkosinathi Sibisi and Tapelo Xoki ahead of him while preferring Sandile Mthethwa as his back-up centre back.

Mosele has handed in an official transfer request and Motshwari is linked with a shock possible move to Soweto rivals, Kaizer Chiefs. Both players have hardly played since Riveiro signed Miguel Timm and Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo. Furthermore, Monnapule Salengs promotion has changed the dynamic of the Bucs midfield completely.

Moreover, Makgaka and Makaringe have hardly been seen for months. Therefore, they face a similiar fate – a likely exit out of Mayfair.

The Bucs attack is overcrowded. Meaning, several players are just filling numbers in the squad and are not being used much.

The likes of Mabena, Marou and Nga are all likely to leave at the end of the month. This is because Terrence Dzvukamanja, Kermit Erasmus and Evidence Makgopa are likely to form the core of the Bucs attack moving forward.

Furthermore, Relebohile Ratomo has just been promoted. This spells trouble for the aforementioned strikers (Mabena, Marou and Nga).
