Former Orlando Pirates attacker available for Kaizer Chiefs to sign

Former Orlando Pirates striker Justin Shonga has confirmed that he’s available and ready to return to the PSL.

The attacker is currently back home in Zambia playing for Nkwazi FC after stints with Sekhukhune United and Ismaily FC (Egypt).

“Obviously it’s every players dream to play in the Premier Soccer League.” Shonga told FARPost.

“I played in South Africa, so I know how big it is to be part of that league. Every player on the African continent always wishes to play in the PSL. So it’s no different with me.

“If there could be offers then I will be happy to return to South Africa because it’s the highest level. We’ll just wait until there’s an opportunity to go back.”

“To be honest that’s how people take it. But to tell you the truth there are better players over there in Malawi.

“I can’t say I’m on the same level as Messi though, Messi is on another level. I’m not sure who is the GOAT in the PSL though because every day there’s a new player who impresses.”
