Orlando Pirates signing on a long term deal

Orlando Pirates recruite Nkosinathi Sibisi is reportedly on a long-term deal at the club.

Sibisi is set for at least three years at the club according to agent Mike Makaab.

“It’s a three plus two (year option). I often discuss players with the chairman and I’ve also got a good relationship with the chairlady Mato. When we speak, we don’t speak specifics. When we speak, we speak about where he (Khoza) believes the team needs strengthening and if we have any players who can play the role they are looking for. When he spoke to me about looking for a defender, my immediate response was that he should consider Nkosinathi Sibisi,” Makaab told Soccer Laduma.

“He was contracted to Arrows, but I said if he and the chairlady can reach an agreement that is suitable for both clubs, we would be happy to engage on the player’s personal terms. It was a long drawn up process, but at the end it happened quickly. Literally, it happened within 72 hours.”
