If you’re a Bucs supporter, there’s good news and bad news.
The good news is that Richard Ofori has recovered from his injury and has been training. However, he is not guaranteed to start given the recent form of Siyabonga Mpontshane who excelled against Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8 and Golden Arrows in the DStv Premiership.

The bad news is that both Thembinkosi Lorch and Vincent Pule will not be available. Here is the official squad update from Pirates:
“Pirates are without injury concerns of their own, with Thembinkosi Lorch and Vincent Pule nursing long-term knocks, while goalkeeper Richard Ofori has made significant strides since being stretchered off in a mid-month league game against AmaZulu,” stated Pirates on the clubs official website.

Therefore, the Bucs go into this game without some big stars. However, the players that are unavailable have hardly featured this season anyway,
Except for Miguel Timm who is RULED OUT due to a SUSPENSION.
