Jele is one of the hottest free agents in the PSL.
Therefore, offers have flown in left, right and centre for the legendary lanky centre-back.

Jele has had several clubs try and secure his services.
However, not one side has managed to give him an offer that he feels he deserves.

The Bucs legend knows his worth and he refuses to settle on anything less than he feels he is worth.
“A lot of teams have approached him, but what they have been offering him is something that doesn’t sit well with him. They know that he is one of the best defenders in the country and he has achieved a lot, but they take him for granted,” stated a source close to the player on Phakaaati.

Ultimately, Jele is a PSL veteran, Bucs legend and a man who carries tremendously wise shoulders.
His leadership qualities and experience will be an asset to any side that signs him. He was initially linked to MaMkhize’s Royal AM but they could not reach a deal for Jele’s services. If they are still interested in signing the former Pirates star they will have to make a much bigger offer for him.
