Only two teams have scored fewer goals at this stage of the season, namely bottom-placed Maritzburg United (seven) and eighth-placed TS Galaxy (eight).

By contrast, log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns have found the back of the net on 28 occasions – at an average of two goals per match.

It’s no secret that scoring goals is the recipe for success in the PSL!

Only six Orlando Pirates players have scored DStv Premiership goals this season – and no one has more than two goals.

The Buccaneers players to have found their way onto the scoresheet are: Monnapule Saleng (2), Nkosinathi Sibisi, Deon Hotto, Paseka Mako, Zakhele Lepasa and Bienvenu Eva Nga.
