Ncikazi and Davids have been co-coaches of the Bucs through this year’s DStv Premiership.
Both men were selected as co-coaches of Pirates, replacing former coach Josef Zinnbauer. So, who chooses the team and conducts team talks? Who does what when the Soweto giants are training?

You can still expect to see both men on the sidelines for Pirates moving forward. He is responsible for deploying tactics, training the players off the pitch and shares the responsibility when it comes to team selection.

Together, Davids and Ncikazi have brought Orlando Pirates to the CAF Confederation Cup semi-finals.
They are now just one fixture (two games since it is two legs) away from the final!
