Maritzburg United lock in Travis Graham for another 24 months

Maritzburg United midfielder Travis Graham has extended his stay with the DStv Premiership side for a further two years.

Maritzburg United midfielder Travis Graham has extended his stay with the KwaZulu-Natal DStv Premiership side for a further two years.

The 28-year-old former Ajax Cape Town and Cape Town City player joined the Team of Choice this season having last turned out for Cape Umoya in 2020.

Graham was one of Maritzburg United’s key players this past campaign, featuring in 24 matches in all competitions. He also scored one goal.

Maritzburg United managed to avoid relegation with a 13th-placed finish in the final DStv Premiership standings, just three points above 15th-placed Chippa United who are currently engaged in a promotion-relegation playoff series.

Club chairperson Farook Kadodia confirmed to Soccer Laduma: “Yes, we have extended his contract. It’s two years.”
