Maritzburg United have officially announced the signing of forgotten Orlando Pirates striker Kwame Peprah on a short-term loan deal.

The South African website reported on Wednesday that Peprah was close to joining the Team of Choice as per reports by Unplayable.

Maritzburg United took to their social media platforms on Thursday to unveil Peprah as one of their January transfer signings.

Furthermore, Maritzburg United announced former Kaizer Chiefs and SuperSport United trialist Bradley Cross and former player Ali Meza.

Cross recently returned from Europe where he played for Newcastle United reserve team, but he wasn’t offered a contract either by Matsatsantsa or Chiefs.

MARITZBURG UNITED ANNOUNCE PEPRAH AND TWO OTHERS

“Maritzburg United Football Club are delighted to announce the acquisitions of Ali Meza, Bradley Cross and Kwame Peprah.”

“Meza and Cross will join the Team of Choice on permanent deals whilst Peprah arrives on loan from Orlando Pirates.”
