In the most recent 2021/22 season, Mamelodi Sundowns won by a yawning 16 points – and leading South African bookmakers Hollywoodbets are predicting a similar result in the upcoming season.
Hollywoodbets have installed Mamelodi Sundowns as rather generous 11/10 favourites.

Kaizer Chiefs are next best at 5/1, followed by Orlando Pirates at 6/1, which in itself suggests there will be cause for celebration for Amakhosi fans next season.
Cape Town City FC are next best at 8/1, followed by Royal AM (14/1), AmaZulu and Stellenbosch FC (both 25/1) and SuperSport United (33/1).
In terms of the likely relegation candidates, Hollywoodbets are unable to split the three teams most likely to face the drop with Chippa United, Swallows FC and TS Galaxy all list at 150/1.
