Mamelodi Sundowns have officially offered their top defender a BUMPER deal as a reward for the great shifts he put in this past campaign.

Khuliso Mudau has signed a new four-year deal, and that’s according to SABC Sport, as the defender’s previous was set to expire on 30 June.

Mudau joined Sundowns from Black Leopards on a three-year deal in 2020, and he became an instant hit at Chloorkop.

This past season, the right-footed full-back won the league’s best defender award, and to many, this was well-deserved.

SUNDOWNS DEFENDER MUDAU SIGNS NEW LONG-TERM DEAL

“I can’t speak about the specifics of any player’s contract. You need to speak to the club about that,” said Steve Kapelushnick.
“But what I can say is that Khuliso has had a wonderful season at Sundowns – winning the Defender of the Season, the league title in record time, as well as a great run in the Champions League. He is motivated and is looking forward to the new campaign.”
