Thirdly, with their victory over TS Galaxy, Mamelodi Sundowns have extended their PSL record of consecutive league wins to 13.

Fourthly, Peter Shalulile (8G 2A) became the first player to be directly involved in 10 goals this season. Shalulile’s eighth goal of the campaign also moved him to the top of the standings in the race for the Golden Boot award.

Fifthly, Rushine de Reuck became the 15th different player to score a league goal for Mamelodi Sundowns this season. No surprise that no other sides has had more different players contributing a goal. In fact, three teams haven’t even scored 15 goals in total to date while two others have exactly that number.

Lastly, Mamelodi Sundowns have now opened the scoring in 13 consecutive DStv Premiership matches, the club’s best such run in PSL history.
