The Brazilians, who are still unbeaten this season, will be looking to keep their unblemished record intact when they travel to Limpopo to take on Black Leopards at the Thohoyandou Stadium on Tuesday, 27 January.

Kick-off is at 17:00.

“In relation to what we are expecting, the preparations have gone very well. We just came from a difficult match against Swallows FC and now we are travelling to Venda which is energy-consuming. We have prepared for this game as they are a difficult side to face, they are fighting to keep their premiership profile,” coach Rulani Mokwena said ahead of the encounter.

The last time Masandawana played Lidoda Duvha was one of the biggest days in the history of the club as they secured an unprecedented 10th PSL league title in last season’s ‘bio-bubble’.

In some good injury news for Mamelodi Sundowns, they are set to welcome back star midfielder Andile Jali for the clash.

Jali has missed the last two matches for Mamelodi Sundowns due to injury.

However, the Brazilians are still nursing several injuries concerns in their camp.

Ricardo Nascimento, Brian Onyango and Mauricio Affonso are all still sidelined with an assortment of injuries.

While Mamelodi Sundowns are top of the standings along with SuperSport United and Swallows FC, Black Leopards are struggling down in 15th place.

They are only ahead of bottom side TTM thanks to a marginally superior goal difference.
