Shalulile, 27, was on Wednesday named Player of the Month for August/September, winning the award back-to-back after his accolade in May/June.

He became the first PSL player to achieve the feat since Cape Town City FC’s Lebogang Manyama did so in the 2016/17 season.

Namibia’s Peter Shalulile currently jointly leads the current DStv Premiership top goalscorer charts with five goals after just six matches of the season.
