Mamelodi Sundowns‘ Steve Komphela is at the heart of the best dressing room video of the season so far. It features the assistant coach beating a drum as players sang before facing Kaizer Chiefs last Saturday.

Who could have imagined this? Many of us have wondered what else Komphela does in the Sundowns team besides coaching set-pieces and defenders?
Well, he also has a charming musical influence.
Ahead of last weekend’s bashing of Amakhosi at Loftus, Komphela was captured in the Sundowns dressing room looking rather at home with a drum between his legs.

The eventual 4-0 result, for Sundowns, was one to remember for a very long time.
The horror show, if you’re a Chiefs fan, started as early as the 6th minute as Siyabonga Ngezana gifted Gaston Sirino the opener.
