Going into the final group game against Al-Merrikh on Saturday at the FNB Stadium, Kabo Yellow had already qualified for the quarter-final.

Despite making several changes to offer playing opportunities to squad players, Mamelodi Sundowns’ second-string team still went on to outclass the Sudanese 3-0.
