Chatting to the media after the game, coach Mokwena felt the defeat was a prime case of football: you can either win, lose or draw.

“In football you can win, lose or draw. So no result surprises me – because it’s football, you either win, lose or you draw,” Mokwena said via Goal.

“Today, we lost the game, even though I think the team with the better chances lost the match.

“I still have to watch the game that’s why I can’t speak too much and say maybe (we) are the better team because I haven’t watched the game yet but I know and I can vividly remember in my mind that we had so many chances and we should have scored. So, no result surprises me, unfortunately,” the Sundowns boss concluded.
