Thwihli Thwahla will be looking to reach the semi-finals for the first time.

Shauwn ‘MaMkhize’ Mkhize’s team are currently in second place in the DStv Premiership standings and look well set for a CAF berth next season.

AmaTuks, similarly, are also in red-hot form in the GladAfrica Championship as they look for automatic promotion to the top-flight. They are in second spot on the log, just one point behind leaders Richards Bay.

The Tshwane outfit’s route to the quarter-finals saw them beat Chippa United 2-0 in the last 32 and edge fellow second-tier side Venda Football Academy on penalties in the last 16 after a 3-3 draw in extra-time.

AmaTuks reached the final of the tournament in 2009, but lost 1-0 to Swallows.

Three Nedbank Cup quarter-finals already decided

The winners will join already-qualified TTM, Marumo Gallants and Mamelodi Sundowns in the semi-finals.
