FORMER AMAKHOSI STAR MASANGO DEFENDS AMAKHOSI

“Sometimes it is difficult for teams like Kaizer Chiefs’ calibre when they want to buy a player,” he said via FARPost.

“The clubs tend to overprice them. Then tomorrow, we say Chiefs don’t want to do this and that.

“At the end of the day, we must not think only from football’s point of view but also in business terms. And ask ourselves questions like does it balance the books if one does this?

“So, there are players who I would have loved for Chiefs to sign. For example, they should have signed Teboho Mokoena, but he was overpriced for Chiefs. So, that’s why he ended up at Mamelodi Sundowns.
