June is near. This often spells the final six months of football contracts, and it’s no different at Kaizer Chiefs.

As confirmed by the leading local outlet when it comes to PSL transfers, Soccer Laduma, three Amakhosi senior players face uncertain futures.
The trio includes no bigger names than Itumeleng Khune, Erick Mathoho, and Khama Billiat.

So these players will either earn new deals or depart as free agents in June 2023.
Another situation means the players will be free to sign pre-contracts with other clubs should Amakhosi not offer new contracts by January.

If you ask us what will happen, the 35-year-old Khune is too iconic to leave. For Billiat, 32, it could go either way. Lastly, the 34-year-old Mathoho looks the most likely to leave Naturena.
