Heavyweight soccer agent Mike Makaab has dropped a bombshell over the Kaizer Chiefs linked Sipho Mbule!

Makaab, who represents the SuperSport United star, has confessed that a move during the current transfer window (January 2022) is ‘highly unlikely’.

Reports from earlier this week suggested that the highly skillful midfielder had opted to join Kaizer Chiefs over Mamelodi Sundowns however, according to Makaab the deal is unlikely to happen.

Mike Makaab has thrown a spanner in the works regarding Sipho Mbule’s proposed move to Soweto giants Kaizer Chiefs.

Speaking on Marawa Sports Worldwide, the veteran soccer agent claimed that Mbule is likely to stay put at SuperSport United until at least the end of the current season.

“Kaizer Chiefs have not tabled an offer for Sipho and even if they did, he is not for sale to any club at all this season,” SuperSport United CEO Stan Matthews told KickOff.

“I can’t comment on what his agent is quoted saying. I spoke to his agent this morning and the words ‘offer from Chiefs’ never came up

SuperSport United also have an option to extend the contract of their star midfielder meaning he can’t sign a pre-contract at Kaizer Chiefs or any other team for that matter.
