Kaizer Chiefs look set to loan out Austin Dube who is reportedly not in new coach Arthur Zwane‘s plans. Richards Bay are said to be interested in signing him.

It has been reported that the DStv Premiership newbies have already enquired about the services of their former man who hasn’t been playing consistently since Zwane took over as an interim coach last season.

As reported by The South African website, Kaizer Chiefs have signed left-footed centre-back Edmilson Dove which is a further indication that he won’t be used regularly.

CHIEFS TO LOAN OUT AUSTIN DUBE

“With Arthur Zwane making it known that Kaizer Chiefs are eager to sign a left-footed centre-back, Richards Bay have enquired about the services of a defender who is seemingly not part of Zwane’s plans,” Soccer Laduma reported.

“In order to get game-time, Chiefs might consider sending Dube on loan with his former club Richards Bay showing interest.”

Amakhosi began the season with a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Royal AM last weekend.

It didn’t take long for Zwane’s troops to redeem themselves after they secured a 3-0 victory against Maritzburg United on Wednesday.

Ahead of Kaizer Chiefs lies a colossal task as they face Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday at Loftus Versfeld.

Kick-off is at 15:00.
