Bonfils-Caleb scores twice as Kaizer Chiefs return to winning ways!

Kaizer Chiefs returned to winning ways as they came from a goal down to beat SuperSport United 2-1 in the league on Saturday night.

Kaizer Chiefs returned to winning ways as they came from a goal down to beat SuperSport United 2-1 in the league on Saturday night.

Grant Magerman opened the scoring for SuperSport United but Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana netted twice to hand Chiefs maximum points.

Arthur Zwane made several chages to his usual starting line-up with Bimenyimana and Edmilson Dove getting their full debuts for Chiefs.

Onthe other hand, Gavin Hunt brought back Ricardo Goss in goal for SuperSport United, dropping George Chigova despite his magnificent displays in the past.

The new Chiefs centre-back pairing looked shaky in the beginning, and this was evident as Magerman opened the scoring in the 15th minute.

However, that looked like a wake up call for Chiefs as they took the game to Matsatsantsa, and in the 40th minute, the home side was rewarded as Bimenyimana opened his account.

Chiefs started the second half the way they ended the first as they put pressure on SuperSport United.

And they were rewarded with a penalty soon afterwards after Yusuf Maart was brought down by Kegan Johannes inside the box.

Bimenyimana stepped up and sent Goss the wrong way with a well-taken strike for his second of the match.

SuperSport United tried to come back but Chiefs looked resolute at the back as they defended as a unit the end of the game.
