Arthur Zwane will have to reshuffle his Kaizer Chiefs defence on Friday evening when his side travels to face AmaZulu.

Defender Sifiso Hlanti is suspended for the next match by the PSL after receiving a fourth yellow card over the weekend.

The Glamour Boys went down 1-0 against Sekhukhune United at the FNB Stadium on Saturday night.

Hlanti, alongside fellow defender Zitha Kwinika, both headed into this weekend’s match on three yellows each.

It took Hlanti just eight minutes to receive a yellow card and he’ll subsequently miss the next match.

“The boys tried their best. I commend their effort,” the Kaizer Chiefs coach said as quoted by FarPost.

“I’m disappointed that we lost a game that we shouldn’t have lost. But if the keeper is on top of his game, there is nothing you can do.

“The fact is, we created chances. It was going to be a worrying factor if we lost at home and did not create enough goal-scoring opportunities.

“I’m disappointed that it was the club’s birthday, and we wanted to give a good present to the chairman, forefathers and everyone who has been part of the Chiefs’ journey.”

“They’re still owe me money for two months and what I said to them is, “just keep your money and give me my clearance” – Chirambadare told Thisisfootball.

“Otherwise they wouldn’t have let me go for free. I was even forced to sign a contract that says if I want my clearance, I will lose two months’ salary.

“I was desperate at that time. Hence, I signed that contract. By the time I got the clearance, Richards Bay were already gone.

“So, that’s how I left the club. Now I thought that let me just leave this matter and move on because it’s very complicated.”
