Kaizer Chiefs DENIED me dream PSG move! – Ex-Amakhosi star
A former Amakhosi star has accused the Kaizer Chiefs management structure of denying him a move to Paris Saint-Germain!

Former Kaizer Chiefs star Kelvin Mushangazhike has accused the Amakhosi of denying him a dream move to French giants Paris Saint-Germain.
The highly talented Zimbabwean midfielder blames Chiefs management for standing in his way of his golden ticket to Europe.

Mushangazhike made a name for himself at Dynamos before joining the mighty Amakhosi in the early 2000’s.
It was at the Ellis Park stadium where PSG President Laurent Perpère spotted the Zimbabwean ace in 2003.
But what was to follow, was heartbreak for Kelvin Mushangazhike.

Kaizer Chiefs denied me of dream move to PSG says ex star
“They refused for me to go. They barred me from going to the medicals.” the former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder told FarPost.
“I was angry and frustrated that I even confronted the club leadership. I tried everything to show them that I really needed to try my luck.
“But my cries fell on deaf ears. They totally refused. Everything didn’t work, and I kind of fell out of favour at the same time.
“I was missing call-ups to the national team [Zimbabwe]. That was very painful, considering how hard I had worked to rise from nothing.
“I remember Ronaldinho was moving to Barcelona from PSG during that time. I felt it was something I needed to try and possibly get a chance to play in France. We all know it’s every player’s dream to play at that level.”

In other news, Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has derailed the club’s new transfer policy which stretches beyond the white lines.
The Glamour Boys are looking to beef their squad up after a sluggish start to the season but it won’t be as simple as it usually is at Naturena!

“We don’t only think about now, so we try by all means to make sure that when we bring in a player it is a player that will add value” – Kaizer Chiefs coach Arthur Zwane said as quoted by SoccerLaduma

“So, we scrutinise everything. We go deeper and deeper. We want to know about the player’s attitude off the field, where he comes from? The family, and all those things because they count a lot in a player coming in and performing and giving his best.
“Kaizer Chiefs is not an easy team. Chiefs is a different beast and if you are not strong mentally and you are not of a strong character then sometimes with talent alone you will not survive.
“So, you need players that can cope under pressure. We know the amount of pressure that comes with being a player at Chiefs.”
