Tshabalala was one of several Amakhosi legends who returned to the field of play in the legends Soweto derby this past weekend.
The charity match was played at the Tonic Chabalala Foundation at Malamulele Stadium on Sunday.

TSHABALALA AMONGST LEGENDS WHO RETURNED FOR CHIEFS
Doctor Khumalo, Siphiwe Tshabalala, Josta Dladla and Thabo Mooki all featured for Amakhosi, according to iDiskiTimes.
They helped inspire the Amakhosi legends to a 3-2 win over the Orlando Pirates legendary XI.

Bucs legend, Katlego Mashego scored the opening goal from the penalty spot after 13 minutes.
However, Amakhosi bounced back strongly scoring twice through Frank Makua four minutes later before David Radebe gave them the lead in the 36th minute,

Therefore, Amakhosi took a 2-1 lead into the break.
Shortly after the break, Morgan Gould gave the Glamour Boys a 3-1 lead.

Mashego completed his brace with ten minutes. Setting up an exciting final ten minutes with a tight 3-2. Thankfully, Amakhosi held on to their lead to claim legendary Soweto derby bragging rights.
