MaMkhize is in hot water with SARS over a wide array of legal disputes involving former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns players.

The Royal AM founder owes SARS R37 MILLION, according to Goal.

Furthermore, to make matters worse, an ex-Chiefs player is involved.

MaMkhize stands to lose 13 luxury vehicles.

Here is the court order.

“Within seven days of granting of this order, all motor vehicles belonging to the Shandi Trust must be delivered to the curator (Sars). Pending such delivery, such motor vehicle may be used by the person presently entitled to use such a vehicle, provided that, before any such use, the curator be satisfied by presentation to him of such proof as he may reasonably require that the vehicle is properly in favour of the Shandi Trust and that the vehicle will only be used in terms of the restrictions of such insurance policy,” the court papers read.

Meaning, she stands to lose several expensive vehicles if she does not pay SARS.

Former Chiefs striker, Samir Nurkovic is involved in this saga. He had his two year contract terminated after just two months. However, he was not paid by MaMkhize’s Royal Am. Furthermore, this resulted on a transfer ban being imposed on the eThekwini based outfit.

Meanwhile, Ricardo Nascimento was involved in a similar situation.

The Brazilian was released toward the end of the 2022-23 season. Interestingly, he was released with two months left on his contract. So, he claimed remuneration. However, MaMkhize’s Royal AM rejected this. With the club stating that he is only owed the two months of salaries. Therefore, he took them to court and Royal Am were ordered a R600 000 payout.

These two PSL cases brought a lot of public attention to her ongoing disputes. Now, they have magnified and SARS have taken legal action.

Moreover, these two incidents add to a history of tax disputes against MaMkhize. Therefore, she must pay the R37 MILLION owed or she will have 13 luxury vehicles repossessed.
