Kaizer Chiefs and Pirates miss out on Brooks!
“SABC Sport has it on good authority that AmaZulu have signed midfielder Ethan Brooks.” SABC reported regarding the Kaizer Chiefs target.
“AmaZulu have beaten several reported suitors in the DStv Premiership.
“Brooks has been the talk of the town over the last two seasons.
“There were rumours that he was wanted by the country’s traditional big three CLUBS: Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns.
“He is now expected to be unveiled as AmaZulu’s next top signing after just three years at TS Galaxy to work with coach Brandon Truter in Durban.”
Kaizer Chiefs have already unveiled two new signings following the close of their 2021/22 campaign.
The ‘major’ revamp at Naturena got underway with the arrival of defender Zitha Kwinika and attacker Ashley Du Preez.
Orlando Pirates on the other hand have signed Nkosinathi Sibiya and Tapelo Xoki.
The Buccaneers have also released former Bafana Bafana star Thulani Hlatshwayo ahead of next season.
