Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates target Ayanda Patosi has set the record straight regarding his immediate future following his return from Iran.

Patosi back in the country after parting ways with Foolad FC whom he spent three years with, and his sudden return has fueled speculation that he’s coming back to the PSL.

However, the former Bafana Bafana man said he hasn’t decided his next step, but confirmed he had a concrete offer to stay in Iran and rejected it.

Patosi added that he hasn’t been training with any team although chances are he could keep fit with Cape Town City because of the relationship he has with John Comitis.

KAIZER CHIEFS AND ORLANDO PIRATES TARGET SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT

“I just arrived home yesterday from Iran, I turned down a few offers in Iran because I felt like it was time for me to change the country [I’m playing in],” Patosi told iDiski Times.

“I had a concrete offer with one of the teams in Iran. Now I am home and spending time with my family.

“I am not training with any team as you know I have a good relationship with Mr. John [Comitis] but we haven’t spoken about anything yet.”
