It was a great impression as TS Galaxy’s Sead Ramovic spoke isiZulu on live television before beating Kaizer Chiefs. The German has only been in South Africa for five months.

TS GALAXY COACH SPEAK ZULU BEFORE KAIZER CHIEFS MATCH IN THE NEDBANK CUP

SuperSport TV’s Phumlani Msibi, a proud Zulu man, began the pre-match interview in England as per usual.

The TS Galaxy coach, Ramovic, born in Germany with Serbian roots, knew what he was going to do when woke up on Saturday morning. The coach took the moment to deliver the massive surprise as millions of Chiefs fans listened on the telly.

Sanibonani to all of you. Before I start I would like to say “sizokwena konke okusemandleni namuhla,” Ramovic said as he took a deep breath.

TS Galaxy eventually went on to win the game 1-0, and the score was hardly a reflection of the game. The Rockets dominated Amakhosi from the first to the final minute of the game.

RAMOVIC REVEALS AMAKHOSI’S WEAKNESS

In other Ramovic updates, the young 43-year-old coach sent out a big statement before last Saturday’s shock win over victory over Chiefs.

Speaking at the pre-match conference, the German-Serb acknowledged Chiefs as a mighty club in the nation but said he is well-aware of Amakhosi’s one weakness.

“Kaizer Chiefs is a team that has incredibly good quality with an outstanding coach,” Ramovic told his club’s media.

“The backbone of the team is very good [and] they also have some leadership players in the team. All-in-all, they are a really tough team to play against.

“Their weakness is that the great supporters they have are not at the stadium,” Ramovic said as quoted by Kick Off.
