Chiefs: THREE out of nine successful new signings so far

They say the Kaizer Chiefs jersey is the heaviest to wear in Mzansi. Here are three players who’ve managed to succeed early.

A brand new busy month is starting. Let’s look at three new Kaizer Chiefs players who’ve already proven themselves.

They say playing for Kaizer Chiefs is only for special talent and characters. With that, there are three players who have passed the early test.

KAIZER CHIEFS’ NEW PLAYERS 

In what was a major squad overhaul, the mighty Amakhosi brought in no less than nine new signings through the Naturena gate.

Of the new lot, we have seen three players that have already won the hearts of the Amakhosi faithful.

These are the players that have shown the highly demanding fanbase that they deserve to don the heavy gold and black shirt.

We are talking about:

  1. Zitha Kwinika
  2. Yusuf Maart
  3. Dillan Solomons.

What remains now is their ability to deliver consistency and further improvement.

But who is yet to do the same from the group of new arrivals?

SIX PLAYERS WHO ARE YET TO PROVE THEMSELVES 

Of the nine new signings, there are four players that arrived with the proven trio above, but seemingly need some extended time to show their quality.

Additionally, two newer additions only arrived in August, and therefore need another string of games to show they deserve to be Glamour Boys.

The month of October will kick-off with MTN8 semi-final action against AmaZulu on Sunday at Soccer City.
