Playing for Kaizer Chiefs is hard enough but making embarrassing errors against a big rival like Mamelodi Sundowns has left Siyabonga Ngezana as one of the loneliest players in Mzansi.

BLUNDER AGAINST SUNDOWNS

As The South African website previously reported, the 25-year-old defender from Sebokeng was unfortunate to make a tame pass that allowed Gaston Sirino to score the opener in a 4-0 for Sundowns last weekend.

Ngezana’s horror day was followed by a foul he made on Peter Shalulile to hand the champions a penalty.

KAIZER CHIEFS CAPTAIN KEAGAN DOLLY CONFIRMS SUPPORT FOR NGEZANA

Following the event, the club’s skipper Dolly has revealed how the team has helped Ngezana to deal with the devastation ahead of a long season.

“After the game us as players, the coaching staff, everyone assured him that it’s part of the game and that it’s something that he needs to learn from, we were just there to help each other like I said this season is a brotherhood, we in this together,” Dolly said via iDiskiTimes.

“We explained to him we lose together we win together. Against Maritzburg United we were all celebrating, we won 3-0 and against Sundowns we had to take it. It’s part of football, it’s part of our journey.

“We just need to minimize those mistakes and try to create more chances and score goals,” Dolly concluded.

Coming up next for the Glamour Boys is a home battle against PSL rookies Richards Bay at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday at 20:00.
