He’s truly back. Kaizer ChiefsDumisani Zuma has returned from suspension over ill behaviour. The attacking midfielder was nearly kicked out of Naturena after embarrassing the very proud club last year.

WHY KAIZER CHIEFS’ DUMISANI ZUMA WAS SUSPENDED

As The South African reported last week, Zuma was sent away after he was arrested by traffic officers for drunk driving in November.

The midfielder was suspended by the club and placed in a rehabilitation program after he was arrested for drunk driving in November 2021.

“Zuma is back with the team. I saw him training with the rest of the squad on Monday. They have given him a lifeline to showcase his talent again.” a source told Sowetan regarding the Kaizer Chiefs star.

“He’s still going through the rehabilitation process. It looks like the club deducted a certain amount of money from his salary as a fine.’’

“Yes, he [Zuma] is training with the team again but I don’t think it’s for me to comment further when Kaizer Chiefs have published every step of the way. I am not at liberty to give more details,” his agent added.

MSHOLOZI SPOTTED IN AMAKHOSI CAMP

So the suspension of Kaizer Chiefs’ Zuma is now a thing of the past, his career has to move on. The return was confirmed by the club’s social media gallery post on Sunday.

The first of two snaps sees Zuma having a chat break under the shade with Austin Thabani Dube and Kearyn Baccus.
