Two rival PSL clubs are set to battle it out in the race to sign one of Kaizer Chiefs’ out-of-favour midfielders!

Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Phathutshedzo Nange is attracting interest from TWO DStv Premiership sides!

According to the latest transfer reports, both SuperSport United and Stellenbosch FC are interested in signing the 31-year-old.

Nange has found the going tough at Naturena after securing a move to the club in 2021.

He has made just one start for Kaizer Chiefs in the Dstv Premiership this season and looks set for the exit door.

Two of his former coaches (Gavin Hunt and Steve Barker) are said to be keen on reuniting with him!

“Its a very tricky situation for the player as both coaches value him so much.” a source told SoccerLaduma.

“You should remember its Gavin Hunt who signed him from Black Leopards for Wits and then recommended him to Kaizer Chiefs when he was coaching Chiefs.

“Now he wants him at SuperSport United and I won’t be surprised if he ends up there next season.

“However Steve Barker is also interested in the player after he did very well for the season that he was with him in Cape Town.

“I think at the end of the day it will all depend on the offer as well and which team wants him more. But they are both interested in him.”
