Who is Mfundo Vilakazi?

Vilakazi was one of the stand out players at the Philly’s games in Tembisa during this festive period. Though he featured for Kaizer Chiefs’ academy in the past, the rising star was NOT contracted to the club during the Philly’s games.

Vilakazi turned out for Doornkop Students of Snakepark, Soweto and his team was knocked out in the semi-finals of the annual tournament.

Soon after helping Doornkop Students secure their place in the semi-finals, Vilakazi received a special gift from a former Kaizer Chiefs player in the form of Joseph Molangoane.
