Kaizer Chiefs latest | What Molefi Ntseki’s job at Amakhosi entails!

Kaizer Chiefs have revealed what Molefi Ntseki’s responsibilities at the club will be for the next three years that he will be contracted to them.

And there is a lot Ntseki will be doing as Head of Technical and Youth Development Academy.

According to a statement released by the club on Monday, one of Ntseki’s responsibilities will be to advise on all technical operations and develop a strategy for all Amakhosi structures.

While also working closely with the first team staff, Ntseki will also oversee the club’s academy and scouting department.

The 51-year-old mentor will also be the link between the academy and the first team.

Furthermore, Ntseki will provide insight on what is happening internationally to ensure that Chiefs don’t get left behind with modern football trends.

Lastly, Ntseki will be tasked with upskilling, mentoring and training of all Amakhosi coaches.

“Ntseki will have the responsibility of advising on all technical operations and developing the strategy for the senior team, Kaizer Chiefs Youth Development Academy and the reserves,” reads the statement.

“At Chiefs, the 51-year-old Ntseki will work with all the members of the senior team and also oversee the Club’s Development Academy and scouting department.

“His role will help with maintaining the link between the Academy and the first team and ensure that they are aligned with the Kaizer Chiefs values, ethos and traditions. He will be the custodian of Kaizer Chiefs’ culture and preserve our football philosophy so that the transition from youth to the senior level is seamless,” added the same statement.

“As a firm believer in modern football trends, Ntseki’s new position will also provide insights in what is happening internationally to ensure that we are not left behind when it comes to modern trends as football keeps evolving and has become much more scientific.”

“Other responsibilities Ntseki will have include upskilling, mentoring and training of our coaches,” concluded the statement.
