Kaizer Chiefs striker Samir Nurkovic is AGAIN linked with a possible exit at Naturena but the asking price has reportedly gone down.

Kaizer Chiefs striker Samir Nurkovic is AGAIN linked with a possible exit at Naturena but the asking price has reportedly gone down.

According to KickOff, Chiefs’ asking price is now $1.5 million which around R22.2 million as reports of Nurkovic leaving continues to make headlines.

Just months ago, Chiefs were reportedly looking for a transfer fee around R30 million from anyone interested in Nurkovic.

Nurkovic is still contracted to Chiefs but he has entered the final year of his contract with them which was an improved one.

And while Nurkovic, through his agent, said he was still happy at Chiefs, the club management is believed to be eager to cash in on him.

Egyptian giants Pyramids are reportedly the frontrunners for Nurkovic’s services while Al Ahly are believed to also be keen on the Serbian attacker.

The publication reports that Chiefs have mandated ‘a South African agent with contacts in Egypt’ to get them an offer for Nurkovic.

However, whoever is willing to sign Nurkovic will have to trigger the striker’s release clause (R22.2 million) that has been set by Chiefs.
