Kaizer Chiefs latest | Molefi Ntseki to Amakhosi gains momentum

There could be more changes to the Kaizer Chiefs technical team ahead of the new season with Molefi Ntseki now linked with a possible move to Naturena.

There could be more changes to the Kaizer Chiefs technical team ahead of the new season with Molefi Ntseki now linked with a possible move to Naturena.

This comes after Amakhosi pulled the trigger on Gavin Hunt less than a year after hiring him following a series of poor domestic results.

Stuart Baxter is on standby to return to Chiefs and take over from Hunt but he could come with his own assistant.

And that person, according to local media, is Ntseki whom Baxter worked with during the 2019 AFCON finals in Egypt.

Ntseki was recently offered the position of assistant coach at Bafana Bafana but he couldn’t agree terms with the South African Football Association (SAFA).

This means he’s available to join a club of his choice having already negotiated his settlement witht the country’s FA.

Furthermore, local media reports that Ntseki was actually supposed to join Chiefs even prior to his appointment as Bafana Bafana head coach.

And with Baxter now set for a sensational return, Ntseki’s chances of working for Chiefs have increased even further.

Baxter is reportedly returning to South Africa next week after leaving for Sweden when reports of him possibly going back to Chiefs resurfaced.
