Kaizer Chiefs latest injury update ahead of Royal AM clash!

Royal AM welcome Kaizer Chiefs to the Chatsworth stadium for a crunch DStv Premiership clash this evening.

Both teams get their 2022/23 campaign underway, under new coaches altogether.

Arthur Zwane was formerly appointed as the Amakhosi head coach at the close of last season.

Khabo Zondo and Dan Malesela on the other hand have taken over from John Maduka at Royal AM ahead of the new season.

The Glamour Boys will be without Phathutshedzo Nange through suspension (carried over from last season).

Kaizer Chiefs will also be without Sifiso Hlanti and Sibusiso Mabiliso through injury.

Royal AM new signing Samir Nurkovic is also set to miss out against his former side due to injury.

“Going to this game I’ve got a positive headache because we are selecting from players that are willing and showing a lot of commitment to go out there and give their best.

“We are anticipating a great game, and Kaizer Chiefs are hoping to grind and get a result and we want to set the tone as well.

“They are going to be a difficult team because they’re playing at home. They’ll want to get maximum points.
