Kaizer Chiefs latest | 3 Amakhosi stars expected to be RELEASED, making way for Mabiliso and Hlanti!

Kaizer Chiefs will be releasing three of their stars with Philani Zulu, Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya and Yagan Sasman expected to be released.

Amakhosi are making way for the services of new signings Sibusiso Mabiliso and Sifiso Hlanti. Therefore, bolstering their star power at left-back.

WELCOME MABILISO AND HLANTI

Zulu, Ntiya-Ntiya and Sasman are all left-Backs and will be replaced directly by Mabiliso and Hlanti.

Mabiliso is a tall, strong player who excelled for Bafana Bafana against Uganda. He offers stability at the back while bringing Amakhosi an attacking option too.

His overlapping runs create an extra attacking option out wide for Chiefs.

Mabiliso is the more favoured to start of the two. However, Hlanti insures depth for Stuart Baxter’s charges at the back.

Hlanti is a very similar player, a hard worker who gives his all on the pitch. He is also a specialist at making runs on the counter and fights for every ball on defense.

Zulu will have an extremely bright future wherever he goes and has had some very good moments in the black and gold jersey.

Ntiya-Ntiya has never quite found his way at the club but will benefit from more regular game-time at another club. Sasman has had a mixed pack of showings for Amakhosi, putting in some big performances but also being subjected to a lot of criticism from Chiefs supporters.

All three men are good enough to be playing regularly so it is also in the best interest of their playing careers.

Mabiliso and Hlanti are extremely exciting acquisitions to the new Chiefs squad and will no doubt be excellent Amakhosi players.
