Kaizer Chiefs confirm interest in HUGE Bafana Bafana target!

Kaizer Motaung has confirmed Kaizer Chiefs interest in a massive Bafana Bafana target, also in the books of Mamelodi Sundowns.

Khanyisa Mayo has attracted interest from Amakhosi and Sundowns.

So, the Cape Town City star is hot property now.

CHIEFS REACH OUT TO CITY FOR SUNDOWNS’ TARGET

Sundowns have been interested in Mayo for months.

However, not many people knew that Amakhosi were also keen to sign the City star.

Motaung is an admirer of Mayo’s talent, hence, his interest in the star.

“But when it comes down to someone like [Khanyisa] Mayo, great talent, but of course [it has to be a case of] willing buyer, willing seller,” Motaung told Thabiso Mosia on Game On.

Furthermore, Motaung (Kaizer Jnr) even reached out to Cape Town City Boss, John Comitis to enquire about Mayo.

“I think the last conversation that was had, Mr John Comitis (Cape Town City chairman) outright told us that he is not willing to sell Mayo right now [at the time] and that’s out there for public speculation,” he added.

ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST FOR AMAKHOSI

Despite Comitis confirming that he does not want to sell his player (at the time), all hope is not lost.

This is during the season. So, with Sundowns interest still rife and Motaung and Amakhosi now interested, we will see what happens at the end of the season.
