Meaning, he will now miss Amakhosi’s DStv Premiership match against his former side, Stellenbosch FC.

Thankfully, he is only set to miss one match. Kwinika has grown onto Amakhosi fans, very quickly becoming a fan-favourite for his hard-work, grit and composure at the back.

In just a few matches, you can see that his future at Naturena is extremely bright.

He is strong, intelligent and does not shy away from a tackle or gutsy block. He is very similar to how Mathoho was in his prime and he certainly has the potential to be as good or even better in the future.

Zwane is most likely going to opt for Njabulo Ngcobo to come in for the suspended Kwinika.

This, after he was surprisingly omitted from Amakhosi’s Soweto derby against Swallows FC on Wednesday, 5 October 2022.
