With just one day left before the new season begins, where are the 12 players that were sacked by Kaizer Chiefs?

Kaizer Chiefs took a massive decision at the end of last season and today we take a look at where the casualties are, over one month later.
The Amakhosi took the bold decision of sacking no less than 12 first team regulars! But with one day to go before the start of the new season, where are the infamous 12?
Chiefs said their goodbyes to Daniel Cardoso, Daniel Akpeyi, Lazarous Kambole, Dumisani Zuma, Kearyn Baccus, Anthony Akumu and Lebogang Manyama.
Furthermore Samir Nurkovic, Leonardo Castro, Bernard Parker, Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya and Ramahlwe Mphahlele were also sacked!

In other news, Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane has commented on his side’s failure to sign Kobamelo Kodisang.
The Glamour Boys were confirmed to be in negotiations with Portuguese side SC Braga by the player’s agent.
A deal however could not be reached by the two clubs for the exciting winger and Arthur Zwane has since opened up on the matter.

“No, we are not disappointed (about not signing Kodisang).” Kaizer Chiefs head coach Arthur Zwane told members of the media.
“I think we have assembled a very good squad. “We’ve got balance. We’ve still got Mahlatsi, we still have Sekgota.
“We have many players if we want to change the formation, to play with wingers.
“If we want to play with wing-backs, we still have players who can give us that power on the right and left flanks. I think we have balance.”
