McCarthy’s Usuthu held an undefeated Stellenbosch FC to an impressive 2-2 draw. Whilst, The Brazilians and Bucs were involved in stalemates with Cape Town City and Golden Arrows, respectively.

For Chiefs, this means points dropped by ALL their rivals and a massive opportunity. Even MaMkhize’s Royal AM lost 1-0 to Sekhukhune United, Katsande current club.

HUGE OPPORTUNITY FOR CHIEFS

Amakhosi have the chance to go three points clear of rivals Pirates and McCarthy’s AmaZulu. They are currently all on 15 points.

Chiefs are up to 18 points thanks to their win against Maritzburg United. The Glamour boys are now level with SuperSport United and Royal AM. They also closed the gap with Stellies, who are in second-spot, to just two points!
